摘要
针对飞机舵机电驱动控制系统正由稀土永磁无刷直流电机逐步取代传统的有刷直流电机的发展趋势,介绍了双余稀土永磁无刷直流电机舵机系统试验器的硬件组成、软件设计及工作原理,并对脉宽调制调速控制方式、功率驱动及电流截止负反馈电路等进行了详细的分析研究。系统测试结果表明,该试验器能够满足舵机地面测试的功能及技术指标要求,其研究技术还可用于其他驱动场合。
According to the developing trend of Rare Earth Permanent Magnet (REPM)Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) substituting for the traditional Brush DC Motor in the field of actuator driving and control system, the hardware constitution, software design and the operating principle of the tester, which is designed to test actuator based on dual-redundancy REPM BLDCM were presented. Analyzing and exploring PWM speed adjusting mode,power driver circuit and current cut-off feedback circuit are the priority research points. Testing results of system show the tester meets the needs of function and demand in ground testing of actuator. The studying technology of the paper is also used to other drive situations.
