摘要
采用微量注射—火焰原子吸收法,测定Ⅱ型糖尿病患者全血中钙的含量。通过与正常对照组进行比照,以及不同年龄阶段、不同性别的患者全血中钙含量的比较,初步讨论了人体全血中钙元素与Ⅱ型糖尿病的相关性及血液中的钙和磷的比例。结果表明,Ⅱ型糖尿病患者全血中钙的含量低于正常人,且具有显著性差异(P<0.001)。其钙磷比值在正常范围之内。
A method for the determination of calcium in whole blood of the Ⅱ Diabetes Mellitus by FAAS with Micro Injection was described in this paper. Through comparing the content of calcium with the sickened people and the healthy people, the relativity of calcium in whole blood and the health , and the proportion of calcium and phosphorus was investigated for the first time. The results show that the content of calcium of the sickened people lower than the healthy people. And the difference is remarkable, The proportion of calcium and phosphorus is normal.
