种植青海椭圆叶花锚中微量元素特征

青海地道中藏药材椭圆叶花锚人工种植试验初见成效。为了对比成熟种子采收前(花果期)和采收后矿物质元素的变化,分别采集种子采收前和采收后的种植青海椭圆叶花锚全植株,采用原子吸收光谱仪分析测试其铜、锌、铁、锰、钴、镍等微量元素含量。结果表明:不同地区种植椭圆叶花锚中微量元素铜、镍元素含量相对稳定;锌、锰、钴、铁等微量元素含量具有地理分布特征。
