党的十六大以来,进一步明确和强调了我国经济的发展道路,是以自主创新能力为支撑,以科学发展观为指导,引领社会经济持续协调发展。为此,我国经济发展提高创新能力的路径选择应从培养和凝聚优秀人才、提升企业技术创新能力、整合国家创新资源等三个方面进行思考。

Ever since the 16th Session of the Party＇ s Conference, we have further clarified and emphasized the way for the economic development of our country which is to be supported by the self-reliant creativity and guided by the scientific development concept, leading the social economy to develop harmoniously. Therefore, we need to train and pool the excellent talents, promote the enterprise＇ s technological creativity, and integrate the national creative resources, so as to improve the overall creativity of our national economy.
