摘要
目的检测PTEN和EGFR在星形细胞瘤中的表达,探讨二者表达的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测星形细胞瘤二者的表达,应用SSPS10·0统计软件进行数据处理。结果PTEN在星形细胞瘤Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级中阳性率分别为100%、76·2%、54·5%、33·3%,PTEN表达阳性率随病理分级升高而降低(χ2=23·480,P<0·01)。EGFR表达水平与PTEN表达水平呈负相关(rs=-0·388,P=0·002)。结论在星形细胞瘤的发生、发展过程中PTEN可能起到抑制作用,EGFR、PTEN互相起拮抗作用。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of PTEN and EGFR genes in astrocytorna. Methods Expression of both genes was detemined by imrnunohistochernistry S-P technique. Data were processed by SPSS 10.0. Results PTEN positive rates in astrocytoma grades Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 100%, 76.2 %, 54.5 % and 33.3 %. The rate of glEN expression was decresed with histopathological grading increase (X^2= 23. 480, P 〈 0.01 ). EGFR showed negative correlation with glEN expression level ( r5 = - 0. 388, P = 0. 002). Conclusion During progressing of astrocytoma, PTEN play an inhibiting effect, and both glEN and EGFR show an antagonism each other.
