摘要
文章通过对一种天线薄板框架结构有限元分析的描述,介绍了有限元模型的建立及分析计算结果;通过对天线薄板框架的位移测试试验,将试验结果与理论结果进行比较,从而验证了有限元模型及其分析结果的正确性;同时证明了位移测试试验设计方案的可行性,又为进一步改进有限元模型、设计方案和后续的公差分析提供了理论依据。
Finite element analysis of certain frame structure with the sheet of the antenna panel is carried out,and the establishment of the finite element model(FEM) and the calculation result are described. The experiment of measuring the displacement of the antenna panel is introduced. By comparing the test result with the theoretic result, the validity of the FEM and the correctness of the analysis result as well as the feasibility of the displacement experiment are proved. This study provides a theoretic basis for the improvement of the FEM and further design and for the analysis of the tolerance.
