全国社区卫生服务现状调查——2002年度全国东、西、中部地区城市社区卫生服务中心财务支出状况分析

The Present Situation of Chinese Community Health Service-Expenses Analysis for the Community Health Service Centers in Different Regions of China in 2002

目的了解2002年度全国东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务中心财务支出状况。方法以横断面抽样调查方法对全国东、西、中部地区200个社区卫生服务中心进行调查。结果2002年度全国社区卫生服务中心平均总支出为592.24万元,平均业务支出为569.78万元,平均其他支出为29.02万元;其中东、西、中部地区社区卫生服务中心平均总支出分别为1 555.32万元、257.13万元、161.39万元;平均业务支出分别为1 501.47万元、243.58万元、154.47万元;平均其他支出分别为59.70万元、17.02万元、10.38万元。结论2002年度东部社区卫生服务中心的财务支出高于西、中部地区,社区卫生服务中心的支出流向有待进一步规范。

Objective To know the financial expense status of the community health service centers in east, west and mid China in 2002. Methods A cross - sectioned sampling survey to collect the data from the 200 community health service centers in east, west and mid China. Results The average total expense, average operation expense and average expense in other aspects of the community health service centers in China in 2002 were 5 922. 4 thousand Yuan, 5 697.8 thousand Yuan, and 290. 2 thousand Yuan respectively; of which the average total expense in east, west and mid China in 2002 were 15 553. 2 thousand Yuan, 2 571.3 thousand Yuan and 1 613.9 thousand Yuan respectively, the average operation expense of the community health service centers in east, west and mid China in 2002 were 15 014. 7 thousand Yuan, 2 435.8 thousand Yuan and 1 544.7 thousand Yuan respectively; the average expense in other aspects of the community health service centers in east, west and mid China in 2002 were 597.0 thousand Yuan, 170.2 thousand Yuan and 103.8 thousand Yuan respectively. Conclusion The financial expense of the community health service centers in east China was higher than those in west and mid China in 2002. The performance of the financial expense of the community health service centers needs to be further standardized.
