摘要
在传统的哈特曼(Hartmann)检测方法基础上,引入光电及图像处理的技术,实现对几何像差的自动检测、数据自动分析及输出.与照相法相比,降低了测量误差。
The principle of the optoelectronic measurement of Hartmanns method is studied by means of a CCD image sensor, the interface from a video to a computer and image processing by a computer. Compared with the measurement method by photography, the automatic measurement reduces the errors of results and raises operating efficiency greatly.
