摘要
选择乙基纤维素－聚乙烯－环己烷体系，利用温度降低后的相分离技术制备水溶性维生素的微胶囊，并对其制备条件进行了优选．对微胶囊的形貌。
Microcapsules for water soluble vitamins were prepared by phase separation of ethyl cellulose from cyclohexance polyethylene systems by lowering temperatures. The optimum preparating conditions were selected. The surface characteristics、the factors that affects the sustained release rate of Vit C in MC were investigated.
