摘要
过程层析成象是一项新的两相流检测技术。针对十电极电容层析成象系统,介绍了电容层析成象的基本原理、电容传感器的结构以及数学模型,用有限元分析方法对传感器敏感场及不同流型对应的电容值进行了仿真计算。给出了十电极电容传感器不同极板组合之间的敏感场分布,为相关的图象重建算法提供了理论依据。最后根据敏感场仿真结果对图象重建过程中的图象失真和电容传感器的“软场”特性作了相关分析。
The process tomography is a new detecting technique,which is very important in two-phase flow measurements. This paper introduces the basic principle about process tomography, describes the structure and mathematical model of the capacitance transducer based on a 10-electrode electrical capacitance tomography system. The simulation based on the finite element method about the sensitivity distribution of the transducer is also discussed. The paper also discusses the 'soft effect' of the capacitance transducer and its effects on image reconstruction. At last, some results which are useful for future work are also presented.
