THE ASYMPTOTIC THEORY FOR A CLASS OF NONLINEARLY WAVE EQUATIONS IN THREE SPACE DIMENSIONS

本文研究了一类非线性波方程初值问题的渐近理论，问题的适定性及形式近似解的合理性都在三维空间中讨论。

The asympototic theory of initial value problems for a class of nonlinearly wave equations is presented in this paper. The well posedness of the problems and the validity of formal approximations in three space dimensions on timescales of order |ε| -1/2 are discussed in classical sense.
