摘要
环境样品中砷的价态分离方法尚存在着一些操作繁复、仪器昂贵、或所用试剂有毒等方面的缺点,难于适应大批环境样品的监测.本文提出了用NH4MgPO46H2O与NH4MgAsO46H2O生成共沉淀来分离As(Ⅲ)与As(Ⅴ),经实验研究证明这种新方法具有操作简便、快速可靠、应用范围广和仪器、试剂易得等特点,能适用于土壤。
For the separate method of As valance in envirorment sample there exist some kinds of weakness, such as complicated operation, expensive apparatus and poisinous reagents etc, which are hardly adapted for a mounts of environment sample's monitor. To separate As(Ⅴ) from As(Ⅲ) by using coprecipitation of NH 4MgPO 4·6H 2O and NH 4MgAsO 4·6H 2O is a new method presented in this paper, which has features of simple operation, wide application, available apparatus and reagents and quickness, denpendence. It can be applied to monitor large number of environment sample, such as soil, organims and water system etc.
