摘要
为了对所研制的大倾角振动输送机的振动系统进行精确分析,建立了考虑物料区间惯性力、冲击力及区间摩擦力影响的大倾角振动输送机的非线性振动方程,并用等效线性化法求出了该非线性振动方程的一次近似解及物料的结合系数与阻尼系数.采用这种理论所设计的该类振动机。
Non linear equations are established for the vibration conveyer with large inclination in consideration of the influence of inertial force,ponding force and friction in material zone in order to make an accurate and systematic analysis of the system. The equivalent lineaization method is used to find the first order approximate solution of the nonlinear equation,the combination coefficient,and the resistance coefficient of material. This kind of vibration conveyer designed on the basis of this theory will provide optimal dynamic characteristic and service life.
