摘要
在分析回转类零件采样特点的基础上,给出了圆度、圆柱度、轴线直线度及同轴度等形位误差的数学模型.介绍了微机控制下的形位误差数据采集与数据处理系统的功能、组成及软件设计方法.该系统的研制对丰富三坐标测量机形位误差测量软件具有重要参考价值,并为实现形位误差在线测量打下了基础.
The practical mathematical models of roundness,cylindricity,axis straightness and coaxality have been established on the basis of the analysis of characteristics of data acquisition for rotary part. The functions,components and design of the software of the system are presented. Development of the system is of great value to software of three coordinate measuring machine,and lays foundation for on line measurement of form and position errors. The system is successfully used in the model XWY I form and position errors measuring instrument.
