摘要
目的探讨冷循环微波肿瘤治疗系统治疗肝癌的应用参数和临床疗效。方法50例肝癌患者分别于治疗前、后行肝脏MRI、肝功能检查,对比治疗前后肝脏MRI的影像、肝功能和临床症状的变化。结果治疗后37例(74%)病灶体积缩小,32例(64%)AFP增高者在60天内降至正常,10例(20%)肿瘤影像完全消失。结论冷循环微波肿瘤治疗技术是微波治疗深部肿瘤的一次重大创新,通过调控作用时间、调节输出功率和增加布点可达到很好的临床效果。
Objective To study the feasibility and therapeutical effect of CT-guided percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy (PMCT) for primary liver cancer. Methods Fifty cases of clinically-proven liver cancer were included into this study. Each case was evaluated by MRI scanning and liver function before and after PMCT. Results All patients remained alive and were in a good condition after treatment, with symptoms relieved or disappeared. There was no enhancement of the tumors as evaluated by MRI scan. AFP level was normal. Repeated biopsy in 10 patients showed complete tumor necrosis. Conclusions CT-guided PMCT is an effective, safe, and practical therapy for the liver cancer.
