摘要
目的观察男性2型糖尿病患者血清总睾酮、总雌二醇、性激素结合蛋白的变化,探讨该种变化与男性2型糖尿病及其并发症发生的关系。方法①选择2003-10/2005-06在中南大学湘雅二医院代谢内分泌研究所门诊就诊及住院男性2型糖尿病患者89例为男性糖尿病组,年龄40~60岁。选择同期本院健康体检男性66人为男性对照组,年龄40~60岁。均对检测项目知情同意。②采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定血清总睾酮、总雌二醇、性激素结合蛋白、胰岛素水平。③计量资料差异分析采用t检验;胰岛素与性激素的关系用直线相关分析。结果男性2型糖尿病患者89例,健康男性66人均进入结果分析。①男性2型糖尿病组空腹血糖、餐后120m in血糖、空腹胰岛素和餐后120m in胰岛素、血清总雌二醇、性激素结合蛋白水平均明显高于男性对照组(P<0.05)。男性糖尿病组血清总睾酮水平明显低于男性对照组(P<0.05)。②血清空腹胰岛素、餐后120m in胰岛素与总睾酮、总雌二醇、性激素结合蛋白无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论①血浆性激素是反映男性2型糖尿病患者代谢变化的指标之一。②男性2型糖尿病患者人体内存在性激素分泌功能紊乱,其改变可对糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展起重要作用。
AIM: To observe changes in levels of serum testosterone, estradiol (E2), and sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) inpatients with type 2 diabetes, and explore its relationship with type 2 diabetes and the complication. METHODS: (1)Eighty-nine male inpatients with type 2 diabetes aged 40- 60, who were treated in the Clinic of Endocrine, Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from October 2003 to June 2005 were selected as male diabetic group, and 66 healthy male examinees aged 40-60 of the same time were selected as male control group. All participants knew and agreed the detecting items. (2)Blood glucose was measured with glucose oxidase method, and levels of serum testosterone, total E2, SHBG and insulin were assayed with enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay(ELISA). (3)Differences of measurement data were analyzed with t test; Relationship between insulin and sex hormone was analyzed with linear correlation. RESULTS: A total of 89 male patients with type 2 diabetes and 66 healthy males were involved in the analysis of results. (1)Levels of fasting bluod glucose, blood glucose 120 rains after meal, fasting insulin, insulin 120 rains after meal, E2 and SHBG in the male type 2 diabetic group were obviously higher than those in the male control group (P 〈 0.05). (2)Therc was no significant correlation between levels of fasting insulin, insulin 120 rains after meal and levels of serum testosterone, E2 and SHBG CONCLUSION: (1) The serum level of sex hormone is an index that indicate the metabolism changes of male patients with type 2 diabetes.(2) Sex hormone secretion of male patients with type 2 diabetes are in functional disorder, its changes play a significant role in diabetes and the complication.
