隐性知识管理——职业教育教学论探索的新视野

摘要 无论是教育内容所传授的知识类型。还是教育对象所具有的智力类型,比较“复杂”的就业导向的职业教育教学论的研究,在理念、模式、方法等诸领域,与经典的重在“育人”本身而无具体明确的“职业目标”的教育,即比“单纯”的普通教育的学说之间,都有很大的差异。文章从管理科学关于知识管理的观点,提出以“隐性知识管理”为基础来构建职业教育教学论,提出了传统意义上的普通教育学和教学论侧重于对显性知识的管理.而职业教育学和教学论则侧重于对隐性知识管理的新观论.拓展了新视野。 No matter the knowledge types transmitted by education contents, the intelligence wpes the educated possessed, or the researches on the “more-complicated”career-oriented vocational educational methodology, in the fields of concepts, models, methods, compared with the classic “ educate the individual” but without specific and clear “ vocational target” education, and with the “ pure chalk and talk” general education, there is a big difference. From the viewpoint of management science on knowledge management, this article raised building the vocational education methodology based on soft knowledge management" , and the new concepts that general education in its traditional meaning and methodology putting more emphasis on hard knowledge compared, whereas vocational education and methodology paying attention to soft knowledge management, and broadens the new horizon.
