Baiyun Phenomenon： Links and Interactions between Vocational Education ＆ Regional Economy

把白云职业教育这一“职教现象”放在广东珠三角经济发展这一背景去分析和解读．揭示现代职业教育与社会经济之间的关联，得出的结论是：社会经济是职业教育的前提和基础，其发育发展程度和需求拉动职业教育的发展和改革；有效的职业教育和职业培训为社会经济特别是区域经济培养了大批技能人才，提高了劳动者素质，支撑经济的可持续发展；与此同时，包括各级各类职业学校和培训教育机构在内的职业教育体系也得到了发展。职业教育与社会经济呈现共生互动态势。

This article analyzing and interpreting the “Vocational Phenomenon” , i.e. Baiyun Vocational Education under the background of the economic development of Guangdong Pearl River Delta, rues to unveil the relationship between current vocational education and social economy. The basic conclusion of the article is： Social economy is the basis and precondition of vocational education; the degree of its growth and devclopment promotes the development and reform of vocational education; effective vocational education and training cultivates a large amount of skilled technicians, improves the quality of the labor force, and supports the sustainable development of economy; at the same time, the vocational education system including vocational schools and training providers at different levels and of different categories has developed greatly. The relationship between vocational education and social economy indicates the trends of symbiosis and interaction.
