通过考查近二十年教学模式发展的历程以厦自己亲身教学的体验。总结得出良好的教学模式可以培养出适合到基层中去的学生，良好的教学模式有利于高职高专学校教学的发展。

By reviewing past twenty year＇ s development and practical experiences of the teaching models, it shows that good teaching models could cultivate students fit for grass-root level work, and the development of higher vocational technical schools also benefits from such models.
