摘要
针对法学教育中存在的问题，作者提出积极地推动法学教学改革、全面推进先进的法学教育．改变以往枯燥的、填鸭式的教学模式，培养符合社会发展需要并具备法律素质的“高素质人才”；提高学生的法律意识水平，促进学生形成法治观念；培养学生依法办事的能力。
Referring to the existing problems of hw education, the viewpoints of carrying out law teaching reform actively and promoting advanced law education wholly were brought out in the thoughts of changing the boring, duck-feeding teaching models completely, to cultivate ＂ high quality talent＂ equipped with law knowledge and fit for the demand of social development, enhance students＇ legal awareness level and make students form the hw ruling concept and teach students to do things under the rule of law.
