摘要
T91生产成功与否除了控制钢中 S、Al、Ti 等杂质元素的含量,取得最好的化学成分配比外,选择合理的热加工和热处理制度也是关键。本次试验采用了两套方案,将相同规格的半成品分别在26M2大炉和 RODR2000连续炉内进行热处理,寻找最佳的半成品热处理工艺,解决半成品和成品管子表面贯穿性裂纹、应力开裂等问题。
Whether 791 tubes are produced successfully not only depends on controlling impurity elements such as S, Al, Ti in steel, achieving the best chemical composition mixture ratio, but also depends on selecting reasonable heat working process and heat treatment system. Two sets of plan were used to heat treat simi - product with the same size respectively in 26M2 furnace and RODR2000 continuous furnace, so as to look for optimized simi - product heat treatment process and solve problems such as surface cross cracks and stress cracks of sirrd - products and finished products.
