摘要
陶瓷结合剂是决定陶瓷结合剂CBN砂轮性能的关键因素之一,文章研究了陶瓷结合剂中N a2O的含量对其性能的影响。实验表明,结合剂的耐火度随N a2O含量的增加而降低;当结合剂中N a2O含量较低时,结合剂的抗折强度随N a2O含量的增高而提高,当N a2O/(B2O3+A l2O3)的摩尔比为1时,强度达到最高值(72M Pa);同时,N a2O的加入可以改善结合剂与CBN磨料的润湿性。
Vitrified bond is a key factor that affects the properties of CBN grinding wheel. In this paper, we discussed the influence of NazO content on properties of vitrified bond. The experimental results show that the refractability decreases with the increase of Na2O content; bending strength of the vitrified bond is also enhanced as the Na2O content is higher and the bend of Na2O/(B2O3+Al2O3 CBN abrasive grain wa strength can reach the maximal value, 72MPa, when the mol ratio )is equal tol. Currently the wettability between vitrified bond and s improved by Na2O additive.
