摘要 人才流失是饭店业普遍存在的问题。导致饭店人才流失的原因有多个方面。人才的流失给 饭店带来了不利的影响,作为饭店的管理者,应该正确面对人才流失现象,从企业内部去寻找原因, 并实施科学人本管理方法,造就一支优秀的员工队伍,保证饭店经营和发展的需要。 Talent loss is a commonly existing problem. This phenomenon results from many aspects. Talent loss brings about unfavorable influence on hotels. As far as a hotel administrator is concerned, for one thing he should take a correct attitude towards this phenomenon and look for the internal reasons within the hotels, for another he should practise scientific and people-centered management methods to build up a large number of outstanding working staff so that the needs in hotel management and development could be guaranteed.
