现代酒店业的竞争与发展需要较强交际能力的管理人员。对40名酒店管理人员的外语交 际策略培训实验结果表明,策略培训对帮助外语学习者克服交际障碍、增强学习者进行交流的自 信心、提升语言者的交际能力和交际表现都具有积极作用。

The fierce competition and further development for modem hotel business need managerial personnel with prominent communicative ability. The experimental results of foreign language communication strategy training show the training has a positive effect on helping foreign language learners to overcome communication barriers, enhancing their confidence in communication and promoting their communicative performance and competence.
