摘要
目的观察苯妥英钠对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的保护作用。方法采用水束缚应激法、大鼠冰醋酸烧灼法两种溃疡模型。结果苯妥英钠高、低剂量组均显示出保护作用(P<0.05),但高剂量组的保护作用不如低剂量组的明显。结论苯妥英钠对大鼠实验性胃溃疡的胃粘膜有一定的保护作用,且保护作用与剂量成负相关性,低剂量的保护作用要好于高剂量。
Objective To observe the protective effect of PHT on experimental gastric ulcer. Methods Experimental rat gastric ulcer models including water logging stress- restraint ulcer, and acetic acid impaired gastric ulcer in rat. Results PHT showed protective effect in both high and low dose groups（ P 〈 0.05）, but low dose group showed better protective effect than high dose group. Conclusion PHT showed protective effect on experimental rat gastric ulcer,and the proteceive effect is pure with higher dose.
