烟台地区美洲斑潜蝇寄主植物种类及其偏嗜性 被引量:1

摘要 于2003年6月15日至8月30对烟台地区美洲斑潜蝇寄主种类及偏嗜性进行了研究。结果表明:美洲斑潜蝇寄主植物有16科64种,其中以豆科、葫芦科、菊科、茄科等植物种类居多。美洲斑潜蝇对不同寄主植物有明显的偏嗜性,对西葫芦、冬瓜、茄子、豇豆的选择性最强,选择系数分别为3.67、1.57、1.22和1.02;对大葱、芸豆和番茄的选择性次之,选择系数分别为0.97、0.81和0.63;对油菜、辣椒的选择性最差,选择系数分别为0.09、0.24。根据PI值,将美洲斑潜蝇的寄主划分为3类:PI>2为敏感寄主,PI<1为不敏感寄主,2>PI<1为次敏感寄主。美洲斑潜蝇的敏感寄主为冬瓜、豇豆、芸豆、西葫芦、和茄子;次敏感寄主为番茄和大葱;不敏感寄主为油菜、辣椒等。 Host plant sorts of Liviomyza sativae Blanchard were investigated in Yan Tai region from June 15th to August 30th ,2003. The result showed that the host plants of L. sativae Blanchard belong to 16 families 64 species, with Leguminosae, Cucurbiacese, Solanaceae taking the greater part. L. sativae Blanchard has obvious feeding preference to different kinds of host plant. The preference to such host plants as Cucurbita pepo, Benincasa hispida, Solanum melongena and Vigna sinensis is strongest with the selective index of 3.67, 1.57, 1.22 and 1.02 respectively; The preference to Allium fistulosura, Phaseolus vulgaris and Lycopersicum esculentum is secondary with the selective index of 0.97, O. 81 and 0.63 respectively; The last host plants of L. sativae Blanchard are Brassica campestris and Capsicum frutescens with selective index of 0.09 and 0.24. According to the PI, the host plants of Liviomyza sativae Blanchard can be divided in to three groups : PI〉2, the sensitive host, PI〈1 the non - sensitive host, 1〈PI〈2 the sub -sensitive host. The sensitive hosts of L. sativae Blanchard included Benincasa hispida , Vigna sirtensis ,Phaseolus vulgaris, Cucurbita pep and Solanum melongena;the sub-sensitive host plant were Lycopersicum esculentum and Allium fistulosum;Brassica campestris.
