摘要
对25份玉米自交系15个农艺性状进行了遗传相关分析和通径分析。结果表明:轴重是决定玉米自交系单株籽粒产量的首要因素,轴重与单株籽粒产量的相关系数和通径系数分别为0.736和0.885,其次是出籽率、穗粗、行粒数、千粒重。在育种实践中,根据各农艺性状对单株籽粒产量的影响大小,可选出产量高的优良自交系。
15 plant traits of 25 inbred lines were studied through genetic correlation analysis and path analysis. The results show that the weight of rachis is the most important factor that determines the yield per plant, the genetic correlation coefficient and direct path coefficient between the rachis weight and the per plant kernel yield are respectively 0. 736 and 0.885. The traits that affect per plant kernel yield following the rachis weight are the rate of kernel, ear width, grain in row, 1000 -grain weight. In breeding practices, High -yield inbred line can be bred according to each trait' s big or little importance of contribution to yield per plant.
