无锡地区巨幼红细胞性贫血57例病因的临床分析

Study on Causes of 57 Patients with Megaloblastic Anemia in Wuxi District

目的分析近年来无锡地区巨幼红细胞性贫血(MGA)患者的常见病因及临床意义.方法对无锡地区57例MGA患者的常见病因进行回顾性研究.结果导致MGA的常见病因如下:长期慢性萎缩性胃炎病史导致摄入不足、膳食异常、全胃及胃大部切除、慢性腹泻、小肠切除、长期酗酒、慢性肝病、甲亢及病因不明等.该病在无锡地区以中老年为多,病因多与器质性疾病有关;而膳食异常则为发病患者的另一重要原因,以年轻患者及女性患者为多.结论无锡地区导致MGA的病例以老年患者为多见,其中器质性疾病为主要病因;而膳食异常则是导致青年及女性患病的重要原因.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical significance and common causes of megaloblastic anemia （MGA）in Wuxi district. METHODS The study was undertaken in 57 consecutive cases with MGA. RESULTS The common causes of MGA were showed as followed： less intake due to prolonged chronic atrophic gastritis, diet imbalance, total gastrectomy or subtotal gastrectomy, chronic diarrhea, small intestinal resection, alcohol indulgence, chronic hepatopathy, hyperthyroidism and other unknown cases. Most of patients were aged. MGA was mostly associated with organic disease. Diet imbalance was another important cause especially in youths and women. CONCLUSION In Wuxi district, MGA was not rare in aged people. Organic disease was the major cause and other important cause was diet imbalance in young people.
