On the Function of the "Innovation Fund" in Training Creative Talents

论述了创新教育是时代赋与教育工作的历史使命;讨论了创新实践与培养创新人才的关系;分析了重庆大学设立的大学生创新基金,在培养创新人才方面所起的作用。

This article expatiated that the innovation education is the historical mission which the times entrusts to us. It discussed the relationship between innovation practice and training creative talents, and also analyzed the function of the innovation fund in training creative talents.
