摘要
对运动生理教学中的腱反射感受器问题、肌肉收缩形式、动作电位图、肌电图、强直收缩图、超量恢复、高原 训练等问题进行思考,给出诠释,提出质疑,以期使运动生理学教学澄清概念,避免混淆.
In this paper, the author think about, explain and question some problems in teaching exercise physiology such as tendon reflex, muscular contraction, action potential, electromyogram, tetanus, supra compensation and plateau training, in order to make their concepts clear and prevent them from confusing in the teaching.
