摘要
健美操是体育健康课程中非常重要的教学内容．文章分析了目前影响健美操教学质量的因素,着重探讨了 如何创建轻松、愉快的教学氛围,认为良好的课堂氛围是提高健美操教学效果的有效途径．
Aerobics is a very important teaching content of healthy courses in PE teaching, This paper analyzes the influence factors on aerobics teaching quality at present, puts emphasis upon how to create the relaxed and cheerful teaching contents, and points out that good teaching atmosphere is the effectual way to improve aerobics teaching effectiveness.
