摘要
阐述了自修补复合材料的修补机理、特点与应用,自修补体系的构成与材料选择;重点研究了室温、高温、不同修补时间及多次修补后的修补效率。研究可知修补剂与增强纤维间的粘接、纤维的桥连、原位聚合速度及程度是影响修补效率的主要因素。大小和壁厚合适的微胶囊的研制是自修补技术的难点所在。
In this paper, the recovery mechanism, characteristics and application of composites is introduced and the selfrecovery system and material is also mentioned. The recovery efficiency at ambient temperature, at high temperature, in different time and after multiple recovery were reviewed in detail. By research, we know that the bonding between reinforced fiber and recovery agent, the bridging between fiber and the speed and extent of polymerization is the main factor that affects the self- recovery efficiency. The development of microcapsules with suitable size and thickness is the main problem of self- recovery.
