多糖降解酶对苜蓿干草营养物质瘤胃降解率的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Alfalfa of Exogenous Polysaccharide-degrading Enzymes on Nutrient Degradability

摘要 选择4只体质优良、体重约40kg安装有永久瘤胃瘘管的新疆细毛羊。试验按4×4拉丁方设计,设一个对照组,饲喂基础日粮添加1.65mL纤维素酶,试验1、2、3组日粮分别在对照组的基础上再添加(木聚糖酶、β-葡聚糖酶和果胶酶)均为0.83、1.65和3.3mL。旨在研究多糖降解酶对苜蓿干草中干物质(DM)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)降解率的影响。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组苜蓿干草中DM、ADF、NDF的消失率及有效降解率均显著提高(P<0.05);而3个试验组的差异不显著(P>0.05);在该试验条件下,多糖降解酶较为适宜的组合及添加量为纤维素酶1.65mL、β-葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶均为0.83mL。 Four fine wether in Xinjiang with pennanont mmen cannulas were chosen and arranged in a 4 × 4 Latin square trial, the group of control in adding Cellulase 1.65ml was supplemented to the base diet. The diet of trial group 1,2,3 were added to three Polysaccharidases 0.83mL, 1.65mL, 3.3mL in base of the group of control diet. The trial was conducted to study the effects of four Polysaccharidases on DM ,ADF and NDF in alfalfa degradability. The results showed as follows:Compared with the group of control, both degradability and effective degradability of DM, ADF and NDF in alfal of the trial group 1,2,3 were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05) ;but three trial groups were insignificant( P 〉 0. 05); Based on the above results, it is suggested that the optimum polysaccharide-degrading enzymes combination and adding level are pectase and β-glucanase and Xytanase 0.83mL, Cellulase 1.65mL.
