摘要
在数控系统与机床组成数控机床的过程中,由于机床结构上的差异和功能的提高,机床开关量的控制千差万别,并且控制量不断增多。介绍利用经济型数控系统与可编程控制器(PLC)相互连接以增强整个数控系统功能、柔性和可靠性的方法,重点阐述数控系统与 PLC 之间的接口设计。
In the process of setting up NC machine tool between NC system and machine tool, there are the differenees of machine tool's structure, advance of machine tool's function, and difference of switch controlled variable that is on the rise. To improve the NC system's function, flexibility and stability,a method of connection between NC system and PLC, and dealing with the interface control design between them was introduced.At the same time, the design of interface between NC system and PLC was laid emphasis to set forth.
