胰十二指肠切除术中并发症预防措施的效果评价

Effect of preventive measures on complications of pancreaticoduodenectomy

目的评价胰十二指肠切除术(PD)中实施并发症预防措施的临床效果。方法回顾性分析69例行PD患者的临床资料,根据手术人员是否固定及术中是否采取预防措施分为两组,比较两组的并发症发生率和手术死亡率。结果手术人员不固定和未实施预防措施组发生胆瘘、出血、多器官功能衰竭等并发症9例,死亡5例;手术人员固定和采取预防措施组发生并发症3例,死亡2例。两组术后并发症发生率差异显著(P<0.05),手术死亡率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论PD术中实施并发症预防措施可明显减少PD术后并发症的发生。

Objective： To investigate the stability of operating- performers and the application of preventive measures in decreasing postoperative complications and mortality. Methods： The clinical data of 69 patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy were retrospectively reviewed. All patients were divided into two groups based on stability of operating-performers and application of preventive measures. Postoperative complications and mortality were compared. Results： 9 had severe complications and 5 died in the group with non-stable operating-performers and no preventive measures taken. 3 had severe complications and 2 died in the group with stable operating-performers and preventive measures taken. There was a significant difference in complications between two groups and no significant difference was found in death rate. Conclusion ; The stability of operating- performers and the application of preventive measures could decrease postoperative complications.
