随着新技术的应用和法律、法规的不断健全完善，档案的电子化、信息化以及电子档案的发展将主导未来的档案管理工作，本文结合长江船舶设计院科技档案管理现状和发展趋势，分析了电子文件在新形势下对企业档案管理工作的影响，对目前和未来的电子文件管理与发展提出了自己的想法。

With the new technology application and the perfection of the law and statute, archives electronical. communicafional and the development of electronical archives will dominant archive management in future. This paper analyse the influence of electronical document on corporation＇s technological archives management in the new situation, combining the actuality and development trend of technological archives management in Changjiang Ship Design Institute.It shows the idea of the electronical document management and development at present and in future.
