The Biological Characteristics and the Efficacy of Several Insecticides on Adults of Callasobruchus chinensis L.

摘要 通过对绿豆象室内生活史和习性的观察,发现绿豆象在北京室内1年可发生7代,以幼虫豆粒内越冬.越冬代幼虫于次年4下旬开始羽化,7月下旬到9月下旬是一年中发生的高峰期.室温与每代历期显著负相关(r=-0.988,P<0.01),室温下完成一代需22~44 d.室内药效试验表明啶虫咪质量浓度为0.005 g/L和功夫菊酯质量浓度为0.1 g/L药后7 d成虫校正死亡率无差异(P<0.05),分别在78%和94%以上.好年冬在质量浓度为0.2 g/L和0.1 g/L施药后5 d,成虫校正死亡率差异显著(P<0.05),分别达64.7%和100%. The life history and habits of Callasobruchus chinensis L. were observed in laboratory. The bruchid reproduces seven generations a year in Beijing, overwintering by its larva inside the bean. The overwintering larva emerged in the last ten day of April. The thriving period for this bruchid was from the last ten day of July to the last ten day of September in one year. There was a significantly negative relation between the room temperature and the lasting period(r=-0. 988, P〈0. 01). One generation ot this spe cies at room conditions needs 22~24 days. The efficacy of several insecticides was evaluated against the a dults of C. chinensis at room conditions. The corrected mortalities were not significantly different (P〈0.05) when the adults were treated with the 0. 005 g/L dilution of 1% Aceptamip WP and the 0.1 g/L di- lution of 20% Gongfumethrin EC after 7 days latter, the corrected mortalities for those two chemicals were above 78% and 94%, respectively. The corrected mortalities were significantly different(P〈0.05) when the adults were treated with 0.2 g/L and 0. lg/L of 20% Carbosulfan EC after 5 days, the corrected mortalities for those two concentrations were 64.7%and 100%, respectively.
