摘要
笔者探讨黄芪多糖对大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞分泌NO的影响,结果表明:采用硝酸还原酶法黄芪多糖(900μg/mL)组细胞分泌NO量在1 h和3 h时极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),在6 h显著高于对照组细胞(P<0.05);黄芪多糖(450μg/mL)组细胞分泌NO量在1 h和6 h时显著高于对照组(P<0.05),在3 h与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。黄芪多糖可引起大鼠肠黏膜微血管内皮细胞NO分泌量的升高。
In order to konw the effect of Astragulus Polysacharin on the produCtion of nitric oxide in Rat gut s microvascular endothelial cells, We were measurated by using the reduction of nitrate. The results shaved that Comparing Astragulus Polysacharin group(900μg/mL) with control group, At 1 h,3 h the difference is highlymarked(P〈0. 01)and at 6h the difference is marked(P〈0.05) ;comparing Astragulus Polysachar in group(450μg/mL)with control group,At 1 h.6 h the difference is marked(P〈0.05)and at 3 h the difference is inconspicuousness(P〉0.05). In a word, Astragulus Polysacharin increase the producti-on of nitric oxide.
