摘要
研究了变胞机构及其变胞机构原理,结合现有的微细加工技术,根据空间并联机构微小化设计准则,提出了基于变胞原理的微小化空间并联机构设计的方法.针对组成空间并联机构的单开链形式,在满足空间机构微小化设计准则时,提出了运动副间的配置条件.应用螺旋理论和现有的加工方法,对机构的微小化设计进行了实例分析,为机构的微小化加工打下了坚实的基础.
Metamorphic mechanisms and metamorphic theory are studied in this paper. According to the current microfabrication thechnology and the design principle of the parallel mechanisms in mirominiaturization, a new method based on the metamorphic mechanism theory is proposed for the study on parallel mechanisms in microminiaturization. For the form of the SOC(single open chain) which compose the parallel mechanisms, the constructure condition between motion pairs is proposed under the condition of the design principle of the parallel mechanisms in mirominiaturization. With the screw theory and the current produce methods, a design example of the parallel mechanisms in mirominiaturization is analysed.
