摘要
通过国际流行的商用CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件Fluent及其前处理软件Gambit对湿法脱硫立式喷淋空塔的流场进行数值模拟.计算中选用k-ε模型作为计算模型,用SIMPLE算法进行计算.计算结果表明,喷淋塔的烟气入口角度对流场内烟气分布具有较大的影响,通过分析比较找出最佳角度范围.得到的结论和现场运行所出现的问题基本吻合,这说明应用k-ε模型用于脱硫塔流场的计算,从理论上对脱硫塔流场做出预报是可行的.此结果对现场运行及喷淋塔的改进具有一定的指导作用.
The three-dimension working condition of the FGD spray scrubber is simulated with softuare Fluent and Gambit. k-ε model and SIMPLE computing are introduced in the analysis. The results show that the angle of the scrubber gas entrance mainly influences on the field. The field is optimized by changing the entrance angle. The results are in better agreement with practice. This indicates that the methods are valid.
