摘要
用水热法以聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为添加剂制备了氧化锌单晶纳米棒,并通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)及红外光谱(IR)和紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)等测试手段对所得产物的组成和形貌进行了研究.TEM结果表明,所得产物为六角纤锌矿型氧化锌,纳米棒沿C轴取向生长,粒径分布均匀,长度2.5~3.0μm.当改变反应的溶剂,纳米棒的结构形态发生了很大改变.对PAM的作用和溶剂的影响作了简要论述.
Single ZnO nanorods have been prepared by favorable hydrothermal method with polyacrylamide (PAM) as additives. The samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared absorption spectra (IR), and UV-Visible absorption spectra (UV-Vis). TEM results show that the nanorods have wurtzite (hexagonal) structure with good crystal state. The nanorods are straight and uniformly elongated along the c axis and show well-defined crystallographic faces. The length is about 2. 5 - 3.0 μm. The possible function of PAM and the effects of solvent conditions are discussed.
