摘要
介绍了一种在LabVIEW平台下使用第3方数据采集卡开发虚拟仪器的实现方案.利用LabVIEW中的Queue技术简化了数据采集、显示与储存的编程.在此基础上,设计了GMAW-P焊接信号采集和分析系统,实现了熔滴过渡图像和电信号同步采集,并可对其进行在线和离线分析.
A LabViEW-based scheme for virtual instrument is introduced which utilizes a third-party data acquisition card. By use of Queue technology, the programming for data acquisition, storage and display is simplified. A welding process variable acquisition anti analysis system is designed which can assure the synchronization of metal transfer image acquisition and proess variable acquisition, and the realization of both on-line and off-line analysis.
