PPH治疗重度痔112例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids by Procedure for Prolapse ＆ Hemorrhoids in 112 Cases

为评价吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）的实用性和安全性，对112例脱垂痔和直肠黏膜脱垂患者采用该术式治疔，其中使用进口吻合器20例，国产吻合器92例。所有患者手术效果满意，无术后大出血病例。术中吻合口出血。进口吻合器组（6／20，30％）明显少于国产吻合器组（73／92，79％），但进口吻合器价格昂贵。随访1～31个月，无复发、大便失禁病例。PPH术安全有效，明显优于传统术式。

For evaluating the effectiveness and safety of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids and rectal mueosal prolapse, 112 such eases underwent PPH treat ment,in which imported stapler was applied in 20 cases,and home-made stapler in 92 eases. All the operative effect was satisfactory in terms of no postoperative severe bleeding etc. There was difference in period operative bleeding at anastomosis stoma between imported stapler group and home made stapler group（6/ 20 vs 73/92,30% vs 79G）, the former less bleeding but the device is higher price. Follow up of 1-31 monthes showed no recurrence and fecal incontenenee. It is suggested that PPH is effective and safe,better than traditional routine proeedutre.
