加味槐花汤配合PPH治疗嵌顿痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Jiawei HuaiHua Decoction Adjuvant to PPH in the Treatment of Incarcerated Hemorrhoids

探讨中药配合吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。采用中药加味槐花汤配合PPH治疗嵌顿痔30例和对照组24例的治疗效果进行分析比较。治疗组和对照组总有效率均为100％。治疗组术后出血、疼痛、肛缘水肿、尿潴留、排便困难等并发症明显减少。结果表明，加味槐花汤配合PPH是治疗嵌顿痔较好的方法，中药在减轻术后并发症方面具有重要作用。

For the purpose of assessing the curative effect of the Jiawei HuaiHua decoction（contains sophora flower and other materia medica）adjuvant to PPH in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids,30 cases with incarcerated hemorrhoids received such combined therapy （the experiment group）, also controlled group（24 cases）. The general effective rate in both the experiment group and the contolled group was 100%,while the experiment group revealed many strong points as less postoperative bleeding,less pain, lighter perianal edema, fewer retention of urine, fewer difficult defecation, etc. These showed that Jiawei HuaiHua decoction adjuvant to PPH has proved to be a better way in the treatment of incarcerated hemorrhoids, and the decoction is of important role in reducing postoperative complications.
