重组人表皮生长因子促进痔术后创面愈合的临床观察

rhEGF for Promoting Healing of Wound after Operation for Hemorrhoids

为观察重组人表皮生长因子（rhEGF）对环状混合痔外剥内扎术后创面愈合的影响，将208例环状混合痔分为治疗组108例，对照组100例，分别应用rhEGF和生肌玉红膏纱条换药，观察创面愈合情况。结果表明，创面愈合时间，治疗组（9．8±1．5）d，对照组（18．8±3．8）d明显缩短（P〈0．001）。创面表皮生长速度，治疗组（6．2±0．4）mm／3d，比对照组（3．2±0．5）mm／3d明显增快（P〈0．001）。两组均未见明显全身及局部不良反应。结果表明，外用rhEGF可加速痔术后创面的愈合过程，减轻患者痛苦，应用安全。

For the purpose of observing the effect of rhEGF on healing of the wound after the external dis section and internal ligation for ring mixed hemorrhoids,208 cases of the disease subjected to the operation were divided into the treatment group（108 cases）and the control group（100cases）. The former received rhEGF for dressing change on their wounds and the latter,Shengjiyuhonggao ointment gauze for the same purpose. The results showed that the wound-healing time was much shorter in the treatment group（9.8±1.5）d than in the control group（18.8±3.8）d（ P 〈0. 001）;the epiderm growth was much faster in the treatment group（ 6.2±0. 4mm/3d） than in the control group（3.2 ± 0.5mm/3d） （ P 〈0. 001）;and there were no systemic or local adverse reactions in both the groups,which suggests that rhEGF can promote the healing of wound after the operation for hemorrhoids and relieve pain,and it can be externally used safely.
