复方角菜酸酯栓剂在肛门直肠疾病中的应用

Clinical Application of Compound Carraghenates Suppository in Anorectal Diseases

为研究含直肠黏膜保护剂的肛门栓剂复方角菜酸酯栓在肛肠外科门诊手术后的应用价值，对90例患者采用对照的方法进行临床研究。研究组42例手术后使用复方角菜酸酯栓与对照组48例使用多济敷纱条对比，分析术后症状和体征的改善情况。结果复方角菜酸酯栓治疗肛肠疾病患者42例，总有效率92．3％，明显优于对照组，两组有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；复方角菜酸酯栓对术后减轻疼痛、出血、水肿、糜烂和瘙痒，促进创面愈合的功效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组均未出现全身不良反应。结果显示，含直肠黏膜保护剂的肛门栓剂复方角菜酸酯栓在肛肠外科门诊手术后有明显的疗效，未见明显副作用而且使用方便。肛肠外科手术后应用复方角菜酸酯栓可保护创面及黏膜，减少更换敷料次数，减轻术后排便困难及疼痛，减轻肛门坠胀感，缩短住院时间，可作为肛肠外科手术后的常用局部用药。

The applied value of compound carraghenates suppository given postoperatively in out-patient with anorectal disease was accessed in this study. Ninety patients were observed in the comparative study, in which 42 postoperative cases received compound carraghenates suppository treatment （study group）, while 48 postoperative cases received Duojifu （a lipid-colloid）gauze strip treatment （control group ）. As results, the general effective rate in study group was 92.3%, notably better than that in control group （P〈0.01） ,compound carraghenates suppository exerted more efficacy on the reduction or relief of postoperative pain, bleeding, edema, erosion ,itching and on the promotion of wound healing （ P〈0.05）,and there was no adverse reaction in the two groups. These revealed that compound carraghenates is of marked officacy, is easv in application, and can serve as a routine local medication.
