摘要
为探索混合痔的有效治疗方法，使用CO2激光手术一次性治疗环状混合痔527例，治愈率100％。疗程10～18d，平均（15±1）d。随访1个月至12年，无复发、术后感染、大出血等并发症及肛门狭窄、大便失禁等后遗症。与传统手术方法比较，具有痛苦小、出血少、恢复快、不易复发等优点。
The objective of this study is to explore an more effective approach in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Five hundred and twenty seven cases with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids underwent pri mary treatment of CO2 laser. As results, the cure rate was 100% ,and the treatment course was 10-18 days （averaging 15＋1 days）. Follow-up of 1 month to 12 years revealed no such complications as recurrence , postoperative infection, massive hemorrhage, etc, and no such sequelae as anal stricture, fecal incontinence,etc. Compared with traditional surgical procedures, this CO2 laser treatment has many strong points as less pain, less bleeding ,quicker recovery, less recurrence, etc.
