肛门病术后运用布蓝地长效止痛剂镇痛效果的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Analgesic Effect of the Long-term Analgesics BuLanDi after Operations of Anal Diseases

采用布比卡因、亚甲蓝、地塞米松、盐酸肾上腺紊一定比例的混合溶液（简称：布蓝地长效止痛剂）用于肛门病术后镇痛，疗效远高于术后未做长效止痛的对照组；并与不加地塞米松的对照组相比，具有止痛效果好、无止痛潜伏期、无灼痛反应、减轻术后水肿等优点。

The mixture of bupivacaine,methylene blue,dexamethasone and adrenalin hydrochloride （called BuLanDi for short）in a certain ratio was applied after operations of anal diseases as analgesic, and the anal gesic effect was very good. Compared with that of the control group Ⅰ（without long-term analgesic treatment ）and with that of the control group Ⅱ （without dexamethasone）,this long-term analgesic mixture has many strong points, e g. better analgesic effect ,no analgesic latent period, no burning reaction and relieved postoperative edema.
