Exploration and Innovation of Higher Vocational Colleges' Quality-oriented Education

针对高职学生的特点,我院探索新时期高职学生的育人规律,在实施高职学生素质教育过程中,探索出“四全”模式,即全面素质教育、全员行动、全体参与、全新的理念和机制。实践证明,这种模式在实施过程中取得了良好的效果。

Based on the characteristics of higher vocational college students, our college explores the educating laws of the students of new era. In the course of implementing higher vocational students＇ quality-oriented education, we explore the mode which is called “Tour-overall”： overall quality education; overall action, overall participate in, and overall-new idea and mechanism. And this kind of mode has proved satisfactory in practice.
