摘要
介绍了单电源运算放大器的设计方法。这种运算放大器具有较高的动态范围,并解决了偏置电压引起的信号摆幅受限的问题,而且具有更高的带宽。用线性方程描述放大器传输特性,根据方程将放大器分为同相放大正偏移、同相放大负偏移、反相放大正偏移、反相放大负偏移4种不同的配置方式,并给出了每种配置方式下的设计方法和设计电路,具有一定的通用性。
The design of single power operational amplifier is presented. This kind of operational amplifier has higher dynamic scope and has solved the problem that the signal amplitude gets limit by the bias voltage, and has higher bandwidth. It describes amplifier transmission property with linear equation, Four kinds of different disposition method of operational amplifier are divided according to equation, in-phase enlarge positive deflection, in-phase enlarge negative deflection, anti-phase enlarge positive deflection and anti-phase enlarge negative deflection. Each kind of design circuit and design method under each disposition way is given, and has versatility in some sense.
